A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates for The Reclamation Retreat.
The remaining balance is due prior to the retreat start date, according to the payment schedule provided upon acceptance.
Due to the intimate nature of this experience and the limited number of spaces available, reservations are confirmed only once payment is received.
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your participation:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date may transfer their paid balance (excluding the deposit) to a future retreat, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable and non-transferable, as preparations, accommodations, and resources will already be in motion.
No refunds are offered for early departures or missed portions of the retreat.
Spaces may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval.
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, illness, or events beyond reasonable control), participants will be offered the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat date.
This policy exists not as a barrier, but as a boundary; one that allows the retreat to be held with care, integrity, and presence.
