Chances are, you have invested in a sales class here or an editing course there. Maybe you travel to one of the photography con  |ventions every year, or have flown out to do a group workshop with your favorite photographer. Either way, you have likely learned that it takes a decent amount of work, research, and learning to become a highly sought after photographer. And with all of these things, you are not guaranteed one-on-one attention or interaction from whomever you are learning from.

Here is was sets this mentorship apart: you are making a one time investment. Workshops are great, but as a teacher I can honestly say that splitting time with a roomful of people over the course of two days does not allow much for individual investment. You might pay $3,000 to do a workshop where you are lucky to get an hour of undivided attention from the teacher. This mentorship is FULL focus on you and your business for three months. For those who are new to my work, allow me to give you a little more background. My name is Noelle Wood and I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years. I originally went to school for fashion design but got my start as a photographer working for a talent agency; shooting headshots and model comp cards for their clients. It was quite the learn on the job/ baptism by fire situation, but I quickly fell in love with the art of photography.

While in LA, I immersed myself in all areas of production, from working wardrobe on the Transformers movie to casting for David Fincher. This allowed me to experience and explore all aspects of production, which I believe shows up in each of my photo creations today.

I left LA to open a portrait studio in Colorado and ran the brick and mortar studio space for about 7 years. Our specialty (and bread and butter) was senior portraits. We created whimsical and magical concepts that no one else in the area was doing, and quickly became the favorite studio for high school seniors who wanted something unique and stand-out.

After giving birth to my daughter, I pivoted out of the high-demand and high-volume of a physical studio space into curating high-end ethereal experiences for a handful of clients. This is where I allowed my deeper artistic voice and vision to emerge. High quality productions, limited edition costumes, and showcasing my truer artist's voice led to a greater expansion in my business. I was featured by Canon, published in magazines, and became a photographer who people would travel to shoot with.

My passion lies in producing WORLDS in which my clients can immerse themselves in for the day. Each image has a story. A voice. I want every image to transport the viewer into a different realm, outside of time. Almost like glimpsing into a singular moment of an epic tale. 

My work is not for everyone...but those who resonate with my work feel it on a level that strikes deep. This is my gift and purpose as an artist in this world. I believe we each have a unique perspective that the world needs to see, but many photographers are too concerned with blending in that that it stifles their true artist's calling. I would feel honored to help you discover your true VISION and VOICE.
